INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing MySlide Productions to create your multimedia presentation
and other photo artwork products. By placing an order with MySlide Productions you
are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and thus creating a legal and
binding agreement. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You
must be 18 years or older to use our services.
SCANNED PHOTO QUALITY
MySlide Productions guarantees that all hard copy photo submissions will be
scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi using standard RGB color settings and 100% .jpg
quality settings for non-compressed image format. If MySlide Productions
determines that any scanned photo submissions are not suitable for
production, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your
order, have your photos rescanned, or submit replacement photos for
scanning. If you (the customer) authorize MySlide Productions to use the
non-suitable photos "as is," you do so with the agreement that MySlide Productions
does not guarantee the quality of the project and you will remain
liable to pay all shipping, handling, and return charges where
applicable.
Under no circumstances shall MySlide Productions or its affiliates, employees, agents or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered that is claimed to have resulted from the loss or damage of the consumer's photos (film or digital), videos, music CDs, slides or any other materials provided by the consumer. Whenever you order or purchase a service or product through this site you are warranting to us that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into the transactions made available through this site and will use this service in accordance with all terms and conditions herein and as set forth in this site. MySlide Productions or its affiliates, employees, agents or owners shall not be liable for photographic materials while in transit through the U.S. Post office or while in the possession of any other mail carrier or courier. MySlide Productions or its affiliates, employees, agents or owners will not be liable for damaged or lost photographic materials while in transit to or from the possession of MySlide Productions. The consumer agrees to be liable for their photographic materials should they be lost, stolen, damaged while in transit through the U.S. Postal Service or any other mail carrier or courier used to transport said photographic materials to or from MySlide Productions or its affiliates, employees, agents or owners. By placing an order and paying for MySlide Productions services by check, money order or any other payment accepted by MySlide Productions the consumer understands and agrees to these terms and conditions and shall assume all liability for photographic materials while in transit to and from MySlide Productions, via the U.S. Postal Service and or any other mail carrier or courier. MySlide Productions is not responsible for the loss of photographic materials due to an act of God or loss incurred while in the possession of a mail carrier or courier. We encourage and recommend that, in the event you send us any personal property, you send us a copy of the originals. It is your responsibility to properly and securely ship your property in bend-proof waterproof packaging and that you ship your property insured via a reliable and reputable courier service that allows for the tracking of their shipments. We also recommend that your write the words "DO NOT BEND" where applicable on your package.
PRIVACY
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information
with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a
court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to
employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or
sending you emails based on your request for information for purposes
of providing services relating to our communications with you.
DVD-R COMPATIBILITY
Please make sure that your DVD player is DVD-R compatible. We cannot
accept returns or cancel orders after they have been processed. A

RESTRICTIONS
Whenever you order or purchase a service or product through this site
you are warranting to us that you are at least 18 years of age and
possess the legal authority to enter into the transactions made

discriminate against race, creed, sex, or age.
COPYRIGHT LAW
MySlide Productions and its affiliates, employees, agents and owners respect
current copyright law. We do not knowingly reproduce any picture that
is copyright protected. By submitting a digital image or photo to us,
you attest to the fact that you own exclusive rights to the photo(s)
and /or have obtained a release from the photographer. On your
request, MySlide Productions may purchase images or music from legitimate vendors.
However, you are responsible for all images and music chosen to be
incorporated into your photo montage/video montage/video album and you
must obtain the right to use the images or music that you supply to
MySlide Productions or that we purchase on your behalf. You (the customer) agree
to defend and indemnify Myslide Productions (and its
employees, agents, owners and affiliates) against any liability that
arises out of the inclusion of any images and music that you have
provided or specified from any third parties. MySlide Productions or its
affiliates, employees, agents or owners assumes no responsibility or
liability with respect to any copyright infringements and the consumer
hereby agrees to assume all responsibility for any and all costs and
expenses incurred by MySlide Productions or its affiliates, employees, agents or
owners as a result of any legal action or litigation taken against
MySlide Productions or its affiliates as a result of an alleged copyright
infringement. By requesting the services of MySlide Productions and in the
submission of photographs, slides and music to us, you are stating
that you own the copyright or have expressed written permission to use
such copyrighted material. MySlide Productions reserves the right to use your
production as a video sample to a customer looking for the making of a
similar project. You are prohibited from selling, copying, and
publishing or in any manner making your MySlide Productions - DVD project
available to the general public (including, but not limited to any
form of internet posting).
DISCLAIMERS
MySlide Productions reserves the right to reject or discontinue any project it
deems hateful, harmful and otherwise objectionable or contrary to law.
MySlide Productions will not accept pornographic material in any form. Any such
material will not be returned and will be destroyed immediately and
MySlide Productions will not be liable for any such loss. For the protection of
minors, MySlide Productions will forward and disclose any child pornographic
material to the proper authorities with all known information on the
sender.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
MySlide Productions guarantees our products and services to be free of defects in
materials and labor for a period of one (6) year from time of purchase.
MySlide Productions will replace any defective product at no
additional cost upon receipt of the defective product. No monetary
refunds will be given. DVDs and all other products damaged by abnormal
wear and tear, scratches, burns, water damage, chemical damage, chips,
cracks or other obvious abuse will not be replaced. MySlide Productions will
maintain an archival of customer projects for no less than one year
for the use of replacement and/or reproduction for an extra cost.
PRICES/SERVICES
MySlide Productions reserves the right to adjust or make changes to all products,
items, prices and services listed and not listed on this website for
sale or promotion at their own discretion without notification to the
consumer.
FORCE MAJEURE
MySlide Productions shall not be liable for any delay in performing its obligations if and to the extent that such delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable
control.
GENERAL
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the state of
Oregon where MySlide Productions is located. If at any time a court should find
any one of these provisions not enforceable, you agree that the
remaining terms shall remain in force. Further, the Terms of Service
represent the full agreement between you and MySlide Productions. MySlide Productions has the
right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior
notice. If you should continue to use MySlide Productions services after notice of
the changes, your use will constitute an acceptance of any changes.
